    SKU: JAKA-FUGA-CZARNA-1kg
    Select Size
Universal epoxy joint, two-component epoxy mortar for filling joints from 1 to 15 mm.Complies with PN-EN 13888:2010 as RG.
USE: For grouting wall and floor coverings, mosaics, including glass mosaics and natural stone.
For underfloor heating. Suitable for areas exposed to acids, bases, oils, solvents and high pressure water.
Recommended for food and chemical industries and places with high hygiene requirements. Waterproof, with high mechanical resistance.
COMPOSITION: Two-component material based on epoxy resin:
    Component A - epoxy resin with filler | Component B - hardener
HOW TO USE: Pour Component B - hardener completely into Component A and mix carefully for at least 3 minutes with a mixer at low speed until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Strictly respect the indicated proportions. Do not dilute the grout with water or solvents. Carefully apply the mortar into the joints using a special hard rubber spatula for epoxy joints.
Remove excess mortar with the same trowel diagonally across the surface of the tiles. Profile immediately after filling with mortar. Begin profiling within 15 minutes of application, using an epoxy grout sponge soaked in xylene solvent. Profile the joint with circular movements, removing excess mortar. Then, with a normal sponge also soaked in xylene, remove the greasy emulsion and finish profiling the joint. Rinse at least 2 times. Do not let the leftovers harden on the ceramic surface, their removal will only be possible mechanically.
