Universal epoxy grout, two-component epoxy grout for joints from 1 to 15 mm. Compliant with PN-EN 13888:2010 regulations as RG. USE: For grouting wall and floor coverings, mosaics, including glass mosaics and natural stones. For underfloor heating. Suitable for areas exposed to acids, bases, oils, solvents, and high-pressure water. Recommended for food and chemical industries and places with high hygienic requirements. Waterproof, high mechanical resistance. COMPOSITION: Two-component material based on epoxy resin: Component A - epoxy resin with filler | Component B - hardener INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Pour Component B - hardener completely into Component A and mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Strictly follow the indicated proportions. Do not dilute the grout with water or solvents. Apply the grout carefully in the joints using a special rigid rubber spatula for epoxy grouts. Remove excess grout with the same spatula diagonally on the tile surface. Profile immediately after filling with grout. Start profiling within 15 minutes of application, using a xylene solvent-soaked sponge for epoxy grouts. Profile the joint with circular movements, removing excess grout. Then, with a normal sponge also soaked in xylene, remove the greasy emulsion and finish profiling the joint. Rinse at least 2 times. Do not let the leftovers harden on the ceramic surface, their removal will only be possible mechanically. TECHNICAL DATA: (at 20°C and 50% relative humidity) - Mixing ratios: by weight (A:B) 9.3: 0.7 - Grout density: 1.35g/cm3 - Working temperature: +10°C to +25°C - Working time: 25-30min (depends on the grout and environmental temperature - at temperatures above 25°C the grout hardens more quickly) - Initial hardening time: 24h - Complete chemical resistance: 7 days APPROXIMATE CONSUMPTION: Depends on the width and depth of the joint and the size and shape of the tiles. STORAGE: Store in a dry and shaded place at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C. Do not freeze or overheat the product. If stored under the specified conditions and in sealed packaging, the shelf life is 18 months from the production date indicated on the packaging.
